The Modestos lab
Experiments mixing improvised theater and other disciplines.
Alix was born in Paris, France, and has been living in Spain since 2009.
She studied acting for theater at Jacques Lecoq's school and on-screen acting at Club de Actores and Susan Batson Studio in NYC.
She writes and directs her own projects, which thrills her.
Alix feels grateful to be regularly on stage with her improvised theater company, The Modestos.
Her first feature-film as a director, La Mue (=new skin), premiered at the Warsaw Film Festival in the section "Competition 1-2" in October 2018, and has been selected in competition of international film festivals such as Mannheim-Heidelberg and Love is Folly.
Alix also enjoys accompanying actors as an on-screen acting coach and teaching the marvelous art of improvisation.
